About wood-fired cuisine: Inspired by the Oharame culture of Yase, Kyoto, our dishes are prepared over a wood fire using fresh, delicate ingredients.
Stairway road: There is a sloped road with stairs in front of Cable Yase Station. It may appear impassable by car, but please proceed without hesitation.
